Blog

Welcome to the Let’s talk about science with R blog!

The purpose of this blog is to go over some examples to help you analyze and explore scientific data. Most posts will go through the steps to help you reproduce the figures on your own in the the hope that you will learn how to develop and tailor R scripts to meet your specific needs. When possible, I will try and make recommendations to help you alter the code to effectively to run your own data.

Before we begin, I would like to encourage you to play around with R. It’s a great way to explore scientific data!

If you would like to contribute to this blog or have general questions or comments, please feel free to email me at: info@rjbioinformatics.com.
